Add a prospect:

a.     Click ADD

b.     Enter information in the open dialog box

c.     Click SAVE.

The name of the prospect will appear on the list of prospects in alphabetical order.

  

Invite prospect to submit information:

a.     Click prospect’s name on the prospect list

b.     Confirm that Client Information Tab is active

c.     Click EDIT next to Introductory Email

d.     Review introductory email, make any desired changes, then click SEND.

 

Prospect’s experience:

The link in the Introductory Email will take prospect to a registration page. Once registered he will see a mirror image of your portal.

 

Receive status updates:

As prospect fills out Information Sheet and uploads background documents, you will receive email alerts and notifications through your portal.

 

Conduct preliminary due diligence:

a.     Click on the Due Diligence Tab

b.     View preliminary New York corporate status searches, OFAC searches and USPTO registered TM              searches for all entities and individuals listed by the prospect on the Information Sheet.

CAUTION: INFORMATION MAY NOT BE UPDATED AND SHOULD BE INDEPENDENTLY VERIFIED.

 

Send proposal letter to prospect:

a.     Click on the Documentation Tab

b.     Click EDIT next to the Term Sheet

c.     Fill out the Term Sheet

d.     Click GENERATE and choose Proposal from the dropdown menu

e.     Click OPEN next to the proposal letter, make any desired changes, then close the window

or

      Click OPTIONS next to the proposal letter, choose Download from the dropdown menu to                       download it to your computer, make any desired changes and save it, then click OPTIONS and                 choose Upload from the dropdown menu to upload it back to Qdrive

f.      Click SEND and choose Proposal from the dropdown menu

g.     Review transmittal email, make any desired changes, then click SEND

 

Prospect’s experience:

After receiving the email, prospect will log in to his portal, click on the Documentation Tab and either open or download the proposal letter for review and signature

 

Send documents to prospect:

a.     Click GENERATE and choose Drafts from the dropdown menu

b.     Click OPEN next to the document you wish to review online, make any desired changes, then                   close the window

or

        Click OPTIONS next to the document you wish to review on your computer, choose Download                from the dropdown menu, make any desired changes and save it, then click OPTIONS and choose          Upload from the dropdown menu to upload it back to Qdrive

or

       Click DOWNLOAD ALL to download all the documents, make any desired changes and save the             documents you have modified, then click OPTIONS and choose Upload from the dropdown menu         to Upload them back to Qdrive

c.   If additional documents are required, click ADD MORE, insert the document name, then click SAVE.        The new document will be listed at the bottom and the prospect will receive an email alert with the        name of the new document

d.     Click SEND and choose Drafts from the dropdown menu

e.     Review transmittal email, make desired changes, then click SEND

 

Prospect’s experience:

After receiving the email, prospect will log in to his portal, click on the Documentation Tab and either open or download the documents for review and signature. His portal will be a mirror image of your portal and list the same documents as your portal

 

Archive executed documents:

a.     Upload all the signed documents to Qdrive

b.     Click and drag prospect’s name to the Clients Tab.
